Chapter 3, section 4: hanging up on Mother Nature
Demeter brought up the possible family gathering in Montréal again. No matter how unlikely the event, it was a distasteful topic, given that the gathering’s purpose was to raise her husband from the dead.

Some humans obviously enjoyed living like gods. In fact, some obviously lived better than gods. Their penthouse suite at the Copacabana Palace was more elaborately appointed than the living quarters on Mount Olympos.
